Four image drums can be installed in the printer; Cyan, magenta, gray, and black *.

There are two devices for each toner: one for the drum (TS1) and one for the machine (TS2).
TS1: Toner sensor / probe located on the right side of the ring finger of the drum

Make sure the sensors need cleaning. The sensor is probably located behind a plastic cover opposite the drum (see below). Remove the plastic cover and completely wipe the silver arm with something softer and smaller (lint-free). Any toner deposited on the sensor is always a very fine powder that can be easily removed.
Check if TS1 has been on the sensor arm for a long time. After rinsing your hand, make sure the sensor lever is depressed (see Correct Position below).
