In the past few days, some of our users have encountered an error message with the latest service pack for Windows Vista 32-bit. There are a number of factors that can cause this problem. Let’s discuss some of them below.
Windows Vista users can rest assured that Windows Update will update their PC when they need the latest service pack available, and that is also Service Pack 2 (SP2).

If your computer is configured to install updates quickly, Windows Update will prompt you to install SP2. Follow the instructions on the screen. If you are not prompted to install SP2, follow these steps:
